Hypno-Talk: The Art of Condensing Intention into Symbol

Our next Hypno-talk will be an exciting one because we have a collaboration with the founder of Green Witch School of Practical Magic and Artemisia Wellness Center from Stamford Connecticut.

Marija Marija Mikolajczak is a certified hypnotherapist based in Stamford, Connecticut. A graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy and member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), she maintains a private practice specializing in chronic and neuroplastic pain, stress relief, and subconscious behavior change.

Alongside her clinical training, Marija is a practicing green witch, dowser, and teacher of psychic and intuitive development. Her central premise is that trance is the trainable skill underneath both worlds — the same focused, receptive state that makes hypnotic suggestion effective is also the state that powers ritual, symbol, and intention work.

She is the founder of Green Witch School of Practical Magic, an online school where these traditions are taught side by side, and of Artemisia Wellness Center. Within the school, she leads Trance Practice, a weekly practice room where members train trance as a skill and apply it to everything from nervous system regulation to intuitive development.

In this presentation, Marija brings these threads together, showing how sigil magic — the art of condensing intention into symbol — can be integrated into hypnosis using principles drawn from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditative method: clear intention held in an elevated emotional state.
